How Far Can You Go? My 25-Year Quest to Walk Again, by John Maclean (Coach Jay Weber)

Triathlete EQ, by Dr. Izzy Justice and Heather Gollnick. It was the first book I co-wrote andwhat an amazing experience! I love being able to share what I have learned over the years. (Coach Heather Gollnick)

The Perfect Mile: Three Athletes, One Goal, and Less than Four Minutes to Achieve It, by Neil Bascomb - a great book about breaking barriers.(Coach John Murray and Coach Mandi Kowal)

Tribe: On Homecoming and Belonging, by Sebastian Junger. It is about our strong instinct to belong to small groups defined by clear purpose and understanding, which applies to triathlon on many levels. (Coach Christine Palmquist)

The Long Run: One Man's Attempt to Regain His Athletic Career - And His Life - by Running the New York City Marathon, by Matt Long. This book helps one realize that it's possible to overcome setbacks, and it's possible to dig deep even when when you think you've dug your deepest. (Coach Laura Henry)

The Heart of Running: Sparking Passion with Every Heartbreak, Every Breath, Every Step, by local Boise athlete and coach, Kevin Everett (Coach Mark Sortino)

The Power Meter Handbook: A User's Guide for Cyclists and Triathletes, by Joe Friel.  It's enough information for a rookie without being overwhelming. (Coach Mandi Kowal)
