Two Options for Camp

 
Full Camp:             Monday, February 26 - Sunday March 4  (5 full days of Training)
Mini Camp:      Wednesday, February 28 - Sunday March 4  (3 full days of Training)

These are the Fitness Levels Required for Camp

Active Athlete: Someone who trains most days during the week for at least a weekly total of 6 hours. Can ride 2 hours and make it through a 4 hour ride, although it will be challenging.
Serious Athlete: Someone who trains almost every day for a weekly total of 10+ hours. Can ride 4 hours and has the ability to add on another session or two.
Groups will be formed to allow EVERYONE to train at their level.

Airport -   McCarran International Airport - LAS (20min drive to training site)
Pool -  Heritage Park Aquatic Complex (310 S Racetrack Rd, Henderson, NV 89015)
Cycling -  Henderson, NV to Lake Mead (Trail Maps)
Running -  Heritage Park and Henderson, NV to Lake Mead (Trail Maps)
Weather -   Ave Highs 63°-73°, Ave Lows 43°-52°  DRY & SUNNY

 

 

Training Camp

Are you looking for some great late winter training and the opportunity to get outside with fantastic weather and in safe and beautiful surroundings? Come join Team MPI for our 2018 Spring Training Camp in beautiful Henderson, Nevada (just outside of Las Vegas). 

This is a GREAT camp for you if you want to:

 Ride outside every day with high quality training

 Swim indoors in with expert coaching and high energy sets

 Run outside on both road and trails

 VFS "non-power" Bike Fit (option to pay for full fit at discounted price) 

 Test for both bike and run to get current training zones

Bike Transport

If you decide to ship your bike, we recommend using BikeFlights.com.
You may contact the local bike shop, Bike Shop, to coordinate shipping to them as well as if you'd like them to assemble the bike. Team MPI can pick up your bike on Monday, February 26 and give it to you at check in. Please email coaches@teamMPI.com if you'd like this option.
