This is a GREAT clinic for you if you want to:

- Overcome your fear of Open Water in a safe and supervised environment
- Sharpen your Open Water skills in prep for upcoming Triathlons or Swims

Intermediate & Advanced Group
0730-0900 This is for those with experience in swimming and some or more with open water swimming. Best for those faster than a 2min/100 yrd time.

0930-1100 This group is for those who are new to swimming, new to Open Water Swimming or those that have real anxiety with swimming in open water. If you're slower than a 2min/100 yrd pace, this is the group for you!
