Gregg Edelstein

Gregg is an experienced multi-discipline sports coach who prides himself on working closely with his athletes and providing each of them with a personalized coaching experience. He brings ten years of personal racing experience to the table, and as a husband, father, executive, coach and athlete, he knows first-hand the challenges of balancing real-life commitments with the desire to consistently race at the best of your ability. As a result, Gregg works with each athlete to develop a training plan that embraces a dynamic balance between everyday commitments and training. He is a certified USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach, an IRONMAN University Certified Coach and a USA Cycling Level 3 Coach based in the greater Boston area. Gregg offers his athletes insight on the principles of exercise, nutrition, sports psychology, and injury prevention, working to make them well-rounded and engaged athletes that share his passion for sport.
