Morning Skills Clinic (8am - 12pm) "MTB Fundamentals"
(for the "New Athletes" )
  • MTB types, proper fit, Position fundamentals
  • Moving, stopping, loading and turning the MTB
  • Adapting to terrain, climbing and obstacle-clearing
  • Practical drills on Bike Park courses
  • Fun and engaging in a safe environment
ALL-DAY Clinic & Ride

Intermediate morning skills and drills with afternoon group rides
(for the "Active & Serious Athletes")
  • Morning Skills Clinic (above+ and more tailored to athletes abilities)
  •  Afternoon Ride* applying what we've learned (1pm-? NLT 4pm)
  • Stops during ride to review how to think on the MTB
  • Real-time feedback from Coaches while you ride!
  • Trails and location TBD, in Boise
** Athlete is responsible for own lunch

* Participants must have either a USA Cycling annual license ($50 individual or $75 family) OR purchase a one-day at $10 ($20 for 2 days).
